At Botany Park Preschool, we are committed to providing a child safe environment, where our children are safe and feel safe, and their voices are heard about decisions that affect their lives.

We have zero tolerance towards child abuse, and all allegations and safety concerns will be treated very seriously and consistently with our policies and procedures.

Botany Park Preschool is mindful of all our children, including our First people, culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, children with disability and our children from low socio-economic backgrounds who may be facing hardship, vulnerable and ‘at risk’.

We are committed to providing your children with a nurturing, supportive, and an ‘all inclusive’ safe, secure and fun environment, where our children and adults collaborate together, share their knowledge and extend their learning. We endeavour and are dedicated to embedding this into our everyday practice within the Preschool.

Botany Park Preschool is committed to child safety and complies with the Child Safe Standards (amended 1st July 2022) as specified under the Child Safety and Wellbeing Act 2005 and also under the Child Safety and Wellbeing Amendment Act 2015.
